Pepper Staff provides an AI-powered enterprise operating system that deploys specialised AI agents across business departments. The Service includes Mission Control dashboard, AI agent deployment, multi-channel communication, and related features.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with other users, transmit malware, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service in any manner that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content or data you process through the Service. We will not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for Professional and Enterprise plans. Specific SLA terms are detailed in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Pepper Staff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Each client runs on fully isolated infrastructure. Your AI agents, data, and workflows are completely segregated from other clients. No shared databases, no shared compute, no cross-contamination.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Agent memory, task logs, and communication payloads are encrypted with client-specific keys.
Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures that team members only access the data and agents relevant to their role. Multi-factor authentication is available for all accounts.
Every agent action, task execution, and data access is logged with timestamps and user attribution. Audit logs are immutable and available for export at any time.
Our platform is designed for SOC 2 Type II compliance. We undergo regular third-party security assessments and penetration testing.
We maintain a 24/7 incident response team. Security incidents are communicated to affected clients within 4 hours of detection. Post-incident reports are provided within 72 hours.
